The SAN went on to point out that the constitutions of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) equally support the principle of zoning and power rotation. “But the constitution itself before that provision had envisaged that there must be that national spread and balance, in such a way that a particular ethnic group or tribe is not seen as dominating,” he said.
